Plans for Senegal
Travelling beyond Senegal?
These regional plans cover Senegal plus its neighbours on a single eSIM — usually cheaper than buying one per country.
- 1 GB 29 countries $11.40
- 3 GB 29 countries $28.80
- 5 GB 29 countries $42.00
How it works
- Pick your destination and plan. A fixed bundle of data, or an allowance every day. Prices are live — what you see is what you pay.
- Install in a minute. We email a QR code and a one-tap install link. Install before you fly, on your normal wi-fi.
- It starts when you land. Your plan begins on first connection abroad, not at purchase. Buy weeks early if you like.
Common questions
Will this work on my phone?
You need an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked phone — every iPhone since the XS, Pixel since the 3, Galaxy since the S20. Dial *#06# and look for an EID number: if it is there, your phone supports eSIM.
When does my plan start — when I buy it, or when I arrive?
On first connection abroad, not at purchase. You can buy weeks ahead and install at home on wi-fi; the clock only starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination.
Can I keep my normal phone number?
Yes. Your usual SIM stays active for calls and texts, and the eSIM carries only data. Turn off roaming on your normal line to avoid your home carrier's charges.
What happens when I run out of data?
Nothing breaks. You can top up the same eSIM at any point, including at 0 GB — no reinstall and no new QR code. You can also switch on auto-renew so we add data before you run out.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, any time before you install the eSIM. Once it is installed or activated we cannot take it back, because the plan has been issued. If it is installed but not working, contact us and we will sort it.
Is “unlimited” really unlimited?
Usually not, anywhere. Most unlimited travel eSIMs give a daily allowance at full speed and a slower connection after it. That is a reasonable design — we just show you the cap and the speed after it so you can judge it yourself.
Which networks will I actually be on?
We list the real operators for each plan and country before you buy — not “premium partners”. Which one you attach to depends on coverage where you are standing.
Can I use one eSIM in several countries?
Yes, with a regional or global plan: one install covers the whole trip. A single-country plan only works in that country.
Can I use it as a hotspot?
On most plans, yes, and we do not charge extra for it. Tethering uses data much faster than a phone does, so watch your balance.
Does it cover calls and SMS?
These are data plans. Calls and texts still run over your normal SIM, or over WhatsApp, FaceTime and similar apps on the eSIM data.
What if I stay longer than planned?
Top up the same eSIM. Fixed plans take more data; daily plans take more days. Both are compatible only with plans for the same country or region, and we only ever show you options that will actually work.
What if it doesn't work when I land?
Email support@bidaiesim.com. Most problems are a setting — data roaming off, or the wrong line picked for mobile data. If we genuinely cannot deliver a working eSIM, you get your money back.
