How to check yours

iPhones work from the iPhone XR onwards. To confirm: Settings › General › About, and scroll down to a 32-digit EID number.

Type *#06# on the phone keypad. If an EID number appears, it works with eSIM.

It just has to be free of carrier locks. If you bought it on a contract and never had it unlocked, ask your carrier.
