Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) to: Urko Cornejo Merodio (Bidaiesim), Wilhelmstraße 27, 74072 Heilbronn, Germany, email [email protected].

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Loss of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires when we have begun performing the contract after you:

have expressly consented to our beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires,
have confirmed that you are aware that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and
have received from us a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium.

On the payment page you confirm this by ticking this box, which is not pre-ticked and is separate from accepting the terms:

"I agree the eSIM is delivered immediately and understand that I therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal."

The confirmation on a durable medium is your order confirmation email.

Our refund policy, beyond the law

Independently of the above, as long as you have not installed the eSIM you can cancel it from your order page and we refund the full amount. Once it is installed, write to us and we look at each case. This is our own voluntary guarantee, which adds to the statutory right and does not replace it.
